       ON THE DAY (OTD) COORDINATION

•For clients who have booked most suppliers, and only need a supervisor or team on the day of the event 

•Choice of 1 Lead Coordinator only or a team of 5 coordinators for up to 150 guests

• Ideally at least 1 week before event 

                         FULL COORDINATION 

•For clients who are busy or based overseas •Unlimited phone and email consultation 

•Free Errand Girl for event requirements (ex. church and state requirements, event and Barangay permits, etc.) 

•Up to 10 in-person meetings with Jenné and other event suppliers 

•Includes On The Day Coordination with 5 coordinators for up to 150 guests 

• Ideally 6 to 12 months before event 

                                 EVENT HOSTING  

 • Elegant, lively professional host for all    occasions 

• Trained by Boy Abunda and Paolo Bediones 

• With program planning and sample programs • Initial meeting at least 2 weeks before event

                       SPEAKER / TRAINER 

 • Corporate resource speaker and trainer on events management, crisis management, marketing, entrepreneurship, hosting, communication, broadcasting, __(etc.)_____ 

• Initial meeting at least 2 weeks before event 

                                 EVENT COVERAGE

  • Promote your event/product via live social media coverage + interactive guest interviews hosted by Jenné 

• Choice to promote using your brand accounts or using Ask Jenné Today accounts 

                       EVENT MARKETING

 • Promote your product launch, trade show, corporate event 

• Includes campaign concept and execution, contacting event suppliers and sponsors, and managing media coverage 

                            EVENT HOSTING
